How much does a new roof cost?
It depends on your roof's size, pitch, and material. Most Central Valley homes land in a fairly predictable range, and we'll give you an exact number after a free inspection. Our quote is itemized, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
How long does a replacement take?
Most single-family homes take 1–3 days from tear-off to cleanup. We schedule around weather and confirm your start date before we ever put a ladder up.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. We document damage with photos during your free inspection and provide the reports your insurer needs. We'll walk you through the claim process honestly, including when a claim isn't worth filing.
Is your work under warranty?
Every job comes with a workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's material warranty. If something we installed fails, we come back and make it right. That's the whole policy.
Do I really need a full replacement, or just a repair?
Often just a repair, and we'll tell you so. The free inspection exists exactly for this question: we show you photos of your actual roof and lay out both paths, with prices, so you can decide.
